About the role
TL;DR
Lead People Experience operations across core markets, driving execution and talent density.
- •You will own how People Experience (PX) operates across Docplanner's core markets and Enterprise business unit, leading PX Heads and partnering with COO and Country Managers.
- •Your focus will be on disciplined, relentless execution to ensure international teams are focused and deliver on time and to standard.
- •Key Responsibilities Run the PX operating model in every market, ensuring high-quality execution against KPI targets.
- •Own business reviews, providing clear visibility, gap-spotting, and action plans.
- •Raise talent density in country leadership teams by assessing bench strength and driving necessary changes.
- •Act as the voice of the markets within global PX, ensuring local realities inform global projects.
- •Coach local PX leaders and make local PX teams more efficient.
- •Requirements HR Business Partner experience from a GTM background, with experience leading large markets.
- •Experience in regional or global HR leadership for at least 1,500 people, with HR teams of 50+.
- •Proven ability in execution and follow-up, holding people accountable for commitments.
- •Ability to build trust and lead through influence with business leaders.
- •Cultural range to navigate global-and-local organizations and champion diversity and inclusion.
