- •The Resource Triage Coordinator is responsible for triaging organ referrals and coordinating the donation process.
- •Key Responsibilities Respond to organ donor referrals and evaluate potential donors.
- •Collaborate with hospital staff to maintain donor stability and viability.
- •Triage referrals and ensure appropriate DNWest staff are dispatched.
- •Create case plans for organ referrals and manage them until closure.
- •Consult with other DNWest staff and determine medical suitability of donors.
- •Requirements Knowledge of medical and legal principles of organ donor evaluation.
- •Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and hospital staff.
