- •The Clinical Procurement Coordinator is responsible for donor referrals, evaluation, management, and coordination of organ recovery and distribution.
- •Key Responsibilities Respond to donor referrals and conduct medical suitability assessments.
- •Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain organ function and coordinate organ recovery.
- •Provide support and education to donor families.
- •Maintain accurate donor records and documentation.
- •Coordinate organ allocation and recovery according to established policies.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Nursing or biological sciences. 2 years' experience in critical care or an OPO clinical role.
- •Obtain Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC) Certification within 2 years.
- •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
- •Valid driver's license and car insurance.
