About the role
TL;DR
Manage customer accounts, data delivery projects, and ensure timely, quality fulfillment.
- •A Delivery Consultant will work with cross-functional teams to own and manage customer accounts, exercising judgment within defined procedures to solve problems and create deliverables for customers.
- •This role involves preparing project specifications, ensuring contract compliance, and managing customer communications regarding deliverables.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and manage customer accounts, coordinating the processing and delivery of data requests.
- •Analyze customer requirements, establish project timelines, and prepare project specifications.
- •Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of fulfillment projects according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- •Provide consultative support to business partners and customers on custom solutions.
- •Act as a gatekeeper for workflow systems, allocating workloads and supporting complex productions.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
- •Demonstrable understanding of global databases in a business environment, preferably B2B.
- •Solid logical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, analytical, and time management skills.
- •Ability to communicate complex order specifications and establish project schedules.
- •Strong customer focus and ownership for issue resolution.
