- •As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll own the platformization roadmap for shared services, architecting a plan to decouple existing functionality into highly reusable services.
- •Your impactful work helps improve Dialpad’s developer experience, productivity, security, and scalability.
- •Key Responsibilities Define a 1-3 year roadmap/vision for Shared Services.
- •Write clear and complete architectural design documents.
- •Take responsibility for the execution of Shared Services platformization projects.
- •Develop well-tested features with appropriate test hooks.
- •Be widely recognized as the technical expert for a product area.
- •Requirements Experienced backend-focused software engineer driving software delivery & operational excellence.
- •Deep experience architecting complex systems across multiple roles.
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- •Strong experience working with distributed systems.
- •Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
