About the role
TL;DR
Owns end-to-end customer implementations, driving technical configuration and successful adoption of Numeric's financial platform.
- •As an Implementations Manager, you will own new customer implementations end-to-end, from kickoff to go-live, ensuring customers are successfully using Numeric for their financial close processes.
- •This role is crucial for shaping the customer's initial impression and establishing Numeric as their system of record.
- •Key Responsibilities Own a portfolio of implementations end-to-end, including milestone planning, technical configuration, and customer training.
- •Perform technical configuration and integration work, leveraging AI for efficiency, and debug ERP integrations.
- •Train accounting teams on the product and on running an AI-first close.
- •Develop expertise in specific product areas like Cash implementations, including transaction matching and automation.
- •Ensure successful customer adoption and handoff to Customer Success, collaborating with Engineering and Product to resolve blockers.
- •Requirements 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally as an accounting or technical accounting manager who has owned a monthly close.
- •Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects, preferably software implementations or systems migrations.
- •Strong understanding of ERP systems (especially NetSuite), integrations, and financial data flow.
- •Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide confident guidance to customers.
- •AI fluency and a bias for action, with experience using AI tools in delivery work.
