Drive customer outcomes and lead Growth Analysts in an AI products company.
- •InstaLILY is an AI products and infrastructure company that puts execution at the frontier of enterprise AI.
- •We are seeking a Strategic Associate to coach and develop Growth Analysts, and work alongside Strategic AI Partners on post-pilot enterprise engagement.
- •This role reports to a VP of Customer Success.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive customer outcomes, owning customer health, expansion signals, and risk resolution.
- •Own customer work across the lifecycle, running workshops and POC delivery in the pilot phase, and driving QBRs and account planning post-pilot.
- •Lead and coach Growth Analysts responsible for zero-to-one pilot delivery.
- •Shape product decisions by translating customer signals into product feedback.
- •Contribute to building and refining team playbooks and templates.
- •Travel to customer sites as needed for in-person work.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, strategic account management, consulting, growth, or operations.
- •Proven client-facing rigor and ability to manage client relationships.
- •Strong analytical instincts and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
- •Concise and structured thinking with the ability to defend a point of view.
- •Comfort with ambiguity and ability to build a playbook as you go.
- •AI-native curiosity and a desire to push how AI agents can transform customer operations.
- •Curiosity for industries like industrial distribution, manufacturing, and healthcare.
- •Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex things clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
