- •DevRev is scaling its go-to-market teams and seeking a GTM Recruiter to manage full-cycle searches with speed and high care for candidate experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across the Americas.
- •Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality slates.
- •Build talent maps and sourcing strategies for targeted outreach.
- •Maintain a consistent, structured process for objective evaluation.
- •Keep candidates informed and engaged with clear communication and a thoughtful interview experience.
- •Requirements 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with depth in GTM hiring.
- •Strong sourcing instincts and ability to build top-of-funnel strategy.
- •Trusted advisor mindset with hiring managers, able to influence calibration.
- •High operational excellence and clean systems management.
- •Data fluency to diagnose problems and improve outcomes.
- •Excellent communication and candidate care.
- •Based in Austin or Palo Alto, excited to work in a hybrid rhythm.
