- •Requirements 7+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years leading teams of 10+ engineers in a hyper-growth, high-expectation environment.
- •A proven track record of building teams and shipping large-scale, high-impact systems.
- •Executive communication skills: can translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
- •First-principles thinker, comfortable navigating ambiguity and inventing new playbooks.
- •Ability to build an ownership-driven engineering culture where teams consistently exceed expectations, beat deadlines, and take complete responsibility for their domains.
