About the role
TL;DR
Manage a global PMO, overseeing project delivery and mentoring PMO resources.
- •The Global PMO Manager will be responsible for running a Project Management Office and supporting services presales for strategic pursuits across multiple sales regions.
- •This role will focus on ensuring all projects are successfully sourced, launched and delivered using a ‘best-practice’ project management approach.
- •Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, mentor, and manage a team of 10-20 PMO resources.
- •Oversee project planning, risk mitigation, communication, and budgeting.
- •Monitor project progress and health of the PS project portfolio.
- •Support and evolve the PMO center of excellence including establishment of best practices, processes, and tools.
- •Requirements 10 years serving in a client-facing services sales / delivery role.
- •Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- •Excellent client facing and internal communication skills.
- •Skilled in MS Office, Smartsheets (preferred), Certinia PSA (preferred), and Confluence (preferred).
