Owns the operational core of hiring, including scheduling, ATS management, and candidate experience.
- •Deeptune builds the environments and evaluations that frontier labs use to measure whether a model is actually getting better.
- •The Recruiting Operations Specialist role is where it starts, owning the operational core of how Deeptune hires and automating parts that shouldn’t require a person.
- •Key Responsibilities Run candidate interview experience end to end across multiple teams.
- •Manage complex scheduling and own candidate data in Ashby.
- •Build checks and reports to ensure pipeline integrity and generate hiring manager reports.
- •Automate candidate prep and follow-ups, and own post-offer coordination.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in project management, recruiting operations, HR operations, or similar roles.
- •Fluent in an ATS (we use Ashby) and fast on unfamiliar tools.
- •You already use AI daily and have built something with it.
- •Exacting attention to detail and a drive to fix inefficiencies.
- •Clear, direct writing and high ownership.
