About the role
TL;DR
Lead technical design and delivery of customer implementations in MENA, focusing on Voice AI solutions.
- •Deepgram is seeking a Solutions Architect to be the first dedicated technical presence in the MENA region, focusing on Arabic-language capabilities.
- •This role involves leading technical design and delivery of customer implementations, pre-sales work, and representing Deepgram at regional events.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the technical design and delivery of customer implementations across MENA.
- •Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept design, and evaluations for regional prospects.
- •Design solutions that fit each customer's stack, constraints, and data-residency requirements.
- •Represent Deepgram in front of Arabic-speaking customers and at regional events.
- •Bring the voice of Arabic-language customers to our Product and Research teams.
- •Requirements Native or professional-level fluency in Arabic, and excellent written and spoken English. 4+ years of experience implementing or deploying technical solutions for enterprise customers.
- •A strong software engineering background with professional development experience in at least one modern programming language.
- •Experience leading technical delivery of production deployments, from design through cutover.
- •Proven ability to scope complex technical work and sequence it for successful delivery.
