About the role
TL;DR
Lead and scale Revenue Operations practice with client-facing player-coach responsibilities.
- •We’re looking for an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to help lead and scale Directive’s Revenue Operations practice.
- •This is a senior, client-facing player-coach role for someone who combines strong people leadership with deep technical expertise across Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of Revenue Operations Solution Engineers.
- •Serve as an escalation point for complex client and technical challenges.
- •Own or oversee strategic client relationships, ensuring strong communication and client satisfaction.
- •Lead and support Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation audits, implementations, integrations, and optimization projects.
- •Provide hands-on expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot, and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM consulting, or a related discipline. 1-2+ years of direct people management or formal team leadership experience.
- •Active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- •Strong hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud administration and implementation experience.
- •Deep experience with Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot.
