About the role
TL;DR
Support Dashlane's revenue generation efforts by analyzing data and optimizing processes.
- •As a Revenue Operations Associate, you will support Dashlane's revenue generation efforts by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and driving strategic decision-making.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate cross-functional revenue and retention programs.
- •Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards to analyze sales and customer data.
- •Partner with GTM teams to design, document, and automate workflows.
- •Support key workstreams including lead routing, territory management, and campaign launches.
- •Measure the effectiveness of GTM initiatives and campaigns.
- •Support Sales and Finance with accurate revenue forecasting and budgeting.
- •Requirements Proven experience designing and managing GTM workflows within a Salesforce ecosystem.
- •Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- •Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to leverage data to solve complex problems; experience with Tableau or BI tools is a plus.
- •Strong organizational skills with a systematic approach to managing project lifecycles and cross-functional communication.
- •A proactive, growth-oriented attitude ideally backed by 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment or a sales/customer-facing role.
