  • As a Director of Growth Strategy, you will manage a portfolio of brands, acting as both a management consultant and a marketing strategy leader.
  • You will dissect business and marketing inefficiencies and build and orchestrate teams to drive growth.
  • Key Responsibilities Develop integrated growth strategies that deliver millions in yearly growth for clients.
  • Orchestrate marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive growth.
  • Manage financial projections, budgets, and P&Ls for client engagements.
  • Lead global teams of designers, paid acquisition marketers, retention marketers, and data analysts.
  • Own full funnel advertising efforts, including client communication and performance goal achievement.
  • Requirements 10+ years of paid media experience with a minimum of 7 years in DTC or E-Commerce.
  • Mastery of the DTC P&L and understanding of key revenue drivers.
  • Expertise in constructing e-commerce funnels and developing creative strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial projections and defending marketing strategies to stakeholders.
