About the role
TL;DR
Finance Manager responsible for FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- •As Finance Manager, you will be Niantic Spatial's dedicated FP&A function, the primary owner of the company's planning and reporting cadence, working in close partnership with the Head of Finance.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and maintain annual, quarterly, and rolling forecasts.
- •Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packs, dashboards, and management reports.
- •Drive the preparation of Board and leadership materials on a defined timeline.
- •Own the FP&A side of the monthly close, including budget-versus-actual review, variance commentary, and follow-up on forecast-to-actual gaps.
- •Run planning meetings and review sessions with clear agendas, timelines, and accountability.
- •Lead the day-to-day FP&A operating cadence; maintain and improve the planning system and reporting workflows.
- •Requirements 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related finance role.
- •Deep financial modeling and analytical skills, with strong financial statement fluency and advanced Excel and Google Sheets ability.
- •Proven ability to independently own end-to-end planning and reporting.
- •Track record of building auditable, formula-driven models with clear structure, documented assumptions, and built-in checks.
