- •Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to contribute to recruitment process improvements.
- •Assist in managing recruitment projects to support the company's growth initiatives.
- •Requirements Must have 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in fast-paced recruitment.
- •Proven track record of successfully engaging passive talent via job boards and social media.
- •Experience using an applicant tracking system.
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- •Familiarity with current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies.
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
