- •Nectar Social is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for their core Engineering and Product teams.
- •You will partner with founders and engineering leadership to attract, engage, and hire world-class technical talent in the AI space.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end technical hiring for engineering, AI/ML, product management, and technical infrastructure roles.
- •Partner with technical leadership to define role requirements and map target talent pools.
- •Proactively source top-tier engineering talent from technical communities and open-source networks.
- •Optimize technical evaluation processes and enhance the candidate experience.
- •Represent Nectar in the engineering community to elevate the tech employer brand.
- •Requirements 5-7+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of sourcing and closing high-bar technical talent.
- •Deep technical literacy to discuss modern tech stacks and AI/LLM infrastructure with candidates.
- •Strong judgment in evaluating engineering craftsmanship and problem-solving ability.
- •Proven ability to compete for top engineering talent against major tech companies and startups.
- •Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving, high-autonomy startup environment.
