- •Key Responsibilities Lead regional outbound operations and ensure 3PL partners meet SLAs.
- •Oversee fulfillment and outbound shipping budgets, reducing "Cost per Order".
- •Direct fulfillment analytics and track key performance drivers like OTIF and shipping margin leakage.
- •Collaborate on new product launches and seasonal surges, modeling fulfillment costs.
- •Drive the evolution of outbound routing guides for cost-effectiveness and customer delivery dates.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
- •Progressive experience in E-commerce fulfillment, 3PL management, or outbound logistics.
- •Strong financial acumen with experience managing logistics budgets and performing cost-benefit analyses.
- •Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
