About the role
TL;DR
Tag, organize, and maintain Tonal's content library for usability and discoverability.
- •Tonal is seeking a detail-oriented Content Integration Specialist to tag, organize, and maintain our growing content library within our internal content management and tagging systems.
- •This role is essential to making Tonal’s content usable and discoverable.
- •Key Responsibilities Tag and classify Tonal's movement library with deep metadata specificity.
- •Manage media assets across post-production and CMS pipelines.
- •Maintain close coordination with the Post Production team to ensure content deliverables meet metadata tagging requirements.
- •Perform quality control checks on final exports across the Tonal platform and mobile app.
- •Requirements 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, plus approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- •Strong foundation in content operations, media asset management, metadata, or taxonomy work.
- •Experience working in content management systems, digital asset management platforms, or structured media libraries.
- •Highly detail-oriented and organized, with strong multi-tasking skills.
- •Understanding of the video creation and post-production process.
