About the role
TL;DR
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief of Staff and executive team.
- •The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, and logistical support to the Chief of Staff and the Office of Executive Operations.
- •This role is critical to keeping executive priorities, calendars, meetings, and communications organized and effective.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage complex and frequently changing calendars for the Chief of Staff and other executives as needed.
- •Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reconciliation.
- •Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up notes; track action items to completion.
- •Draft, edit, and manage executive correspondence and presentations.
- •Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders (C-suite, VP, or Chief of Staff level).
- •Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- •Proven ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
