- •d-Matrix is seeking a Sr.
- •Principal, Customer Program Manager to drive the flawless execution of their AI hardware and software products from ideation to launch.
- •This role requires a technical PM adept at identifying dependencies and risks, developing execution plans, and tracking progress.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
- •Define and track key performance indicators and quality metrics.
- •Articulate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- •Identify and resolve technical issues and organizational bottlenecks.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead technical discussions.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field with at least 15+ years of industry experience OR MS degree with at least 10+ years of experience in software/systems engineering or technical product/program management, preferably in AI hardware/software.
- •Strong knowledge of AI hardware technologies, architectures, and applications.
- •Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- •Experience in customer-facing roles.
