- •Crux is seeking a Senior Principal, Investments to lead the execution of tax equity and preferred equity investments, serving as a technical authority on partnership structures and tax issues.
- •This role involves identifying, structuring, pricing, and documenting transaction risk, as well as presenting opportunities to the Investment Committee.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead execution of tax equity and preferred equity investments from term sheet through close.
- •Serve as the team's technical authority on partnership structures and tax issues.
- •Prepare and present opportunities to the Investment Committee.
- •Lead negotiations with sponsors and capital partners.
- •Review and pressure-test complex partnership and hybrid models.
- •Requirements 10-12+ years in renewable energy, structured finance, or infrastructure investing with direct tax equity transaction experience.
- •Command of partnership structures and tax and capital account basis issues.
- •Strong modeling skills and ability to review complex models.
- •Ability to lead and negotiate transaction documents.
- •Excellent risk judgment and ability to lead discussions and resolve complex questions independently.
