- •We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Tax to lead tax structuring, tax compliance, and financial modeling for our growing pipeline of data center projects.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the tax structuring and execution of complex tax equity investments, joint ventures, and project financing partnerships.
- •Direct and review financial models for project partnerships, analyzing tax allocations, capital accounts, outside basis, and cash/tax waterfalls.
- •Analyze complex technical issues, including Investment Tax Credits (ITC), depreciation schedules (MACRS), and Section 754 adjustments.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, and a minimum of 7 years of corporate or partnership tax experience.
- •A master’s degree and CPA or J.D. certification preferred.
- •Experience with Investment Tax Credits or energy credits.
