About the role

TL;DR

Executive Assistant supporting senior executives, managing calendars, communications, and operations.

  • This is a true right-hand EA role, acting as a force multiplier for senior executives by taking ownership of their time, communications, and operating cadence.
  • You will serve as a gatekeeper, editor, and quiet operator behind one of the busiest desks at Crux.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritize executive calendars and inboxes, drafting responses and filtering non-securities email.
  • Coordinate meeting materials, agendas, and capture follow-ups, tracking action items to completion.
  • Maintain workflow systems including HubSpot, Rippling, and Ramp, and track candidate feedback.
  • Arrange business and personal travel, and coordinate events and offsites, requiring some travel.
  • Provide light deck and formatting support for executive materials.
  • Requirements Strong judgment, prioritization, discretion, and confidentiality are essential.
  • Ability to manage up, push back constructively, and maintain high attention to detail with strong follow-through.
  • Systems-oriented approach to imposing structure and an appetite for AI fluency.
  • Experience supporting senior executives in finance, banking, or a regulated environment is a plus.
