TL;DR
Lead warehouse operations and team in Amsterdam.
- •Lead and manage assistant team leads and warehouse staff to ensure efficient, safe packing and dispatch of orders across shifts in an Amsterdam-area warehouse.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and motivate teams of assistant team leads and warehouse employees across halls and shifts.
- •Ensure safe, efficient operations for receiving, checking, picking, packing and preparing orders.
- •Drive process improvements and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- •Coach and develop team members; hold feedback and contract conversations.
- •Play a key role in relocating to a new warehouse location near Zaandam.
- •Requirements Proven leadership experience and people management in operational environments.
- •Experience in supermarkets, warehouses or logistics settings preferred.
- •Comfortable working irregular hours and in cold storage (coolers/freezers).
- •Ability to stay organized, proactive, and solve problems under pressure.
- •Ability to understand Dutch (work language).
