TL;DR
Manage a full-stack engineering team building and scaling a high-volume payments platform.
- •CreatorIQ is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a full-stack engineering team responsible for building and scaling their payments platform, a critical system processing millions of dollars in transactions daily.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of full-stack engineers, fostering a high-performing environment.
- •Own the technical execution and engineering quality of the payments platform.
- •Partner closely with Product to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- •Define and evolve the architecture and technical direction of a high-scale distributed payments system.
- •Ensure systems are designed for correctness, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- •Requirements 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years of engineering management or technical leadership.
- •Strong experience designing, building, and operating high-scale distributed systems.
- •Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts and relational databases.
- •Experience with event-driven architectures and cloud platforms (AWS).
- •Strong communication and team development skills.
