- •This role involves managing AI-powered software implementations and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the entire lifecycle of technical projects, from defining scope to managing execution and deployment.
- •Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget forecasts.
- •Manage projects involving AI-powered software, navigating data, modeling, and integration requirements.
- •Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and portfolio management.
- •Provide clear, consistent updates to business stakeholders and leadership.
- •Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in IT project management.
- •Demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycle for technology discovery/selection and technical implementation.
- •Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple cross-functional teams.
- •Expertise in Agile methodology.
- •Exceptional communication, negotiation, stakeholder, and presentation skills.
- •Experience with budget management and financial tracking for technical projects.
- •Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence preferred.
