- •CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Communications to shape the COO's voice and lead communications for a large, in-office and in-field workforce.
- •This role will align employees around strategy and execution, contextualize CoreWeave's market story, and deepen employee engagement.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic communications advisor to the COO, anticipating needs and providing counsel.
- •Build and manage the COO's organizational narrative and message architecture.
- •Prepare the COO for key internal moments and partner with External Communications on all COO-related activities.
- •Draft and edit high-impact communications translating strategy and operational priorities for a distributed workforce.
- •Lead communications through change and strengthen employee understanding and alignment.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in executive, internal, or strategic communications, supporting C-suite executives.
- •Proven ability to simplify technical or operational complexity for a broad audience.
- •Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills with discretion for sensitive information.
- •Fluency in AI tools and comfort using them to streamline tasks.
- •Experience in AI, cloud, enterprise technology, or similar fast-moving industries is preferred.
