Counsel, Commercial to support enterprise cloud sales and SaaS transactions.
- •The Legal and Government Affairs (LGA) team at CoreWeave is highly collaborative and partners closely with teams across the company to navigate complex legal landscapes while enabling innovation and growth.
- •As Counsel, Commercial, you will support our rapidly growing Global Field Organization (GFO) business.
- •Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial technology agreements with enterprise customers.
- •Partner closely with CoreWeave’s Global Field Organization (GFO) teams to support enterprise sales cycles.
- •Advise internal stakeholders on legal, privacy, and commercial risks arising from customer transactions.
- •Manage multiple concurrent transactions while balancing legal risk, business objectives, and operational efficiency.
- •Help develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, policies, and processes.
- •Requirements JD degree and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar. 5+ years of combined legal experience in-house and/or at a law firm, with primary focus on commercial technology transactions.
- •Experience supporting fast paced enterprise sales organizations and negotiating complex customer agreements.
- •Ability to independently manage complex commercial contract negotiations.
- •Demonstrated ability to provide practical business-oriented legal advice.
