About the role
TL;DR
Drive operational efficiency and strategic initiatives for GTM.
- •As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll report directly to the Director of Strategy & Operations and work across everything from go-to-market operations to automation to ad hoc strategic initiatives.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and implement processes and systems that help the GTM org run faster Build lightweight AI agents and automations that reduce manual work across the revenue team Own discrete projects and workstreams from framing through execution Partner with GTM leadership to turn ambiguity into clear recommendations Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership Requirements 3-7 years in strategy & operations, revenue/sales operations, or business operations at a B2B startup Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with fluency in spreadsheets Experience building tools or processes that others rely on Deep comfort with AI tools, and genuine excitement for using them to work faster and build leverage Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce and a strong understanding of CRM systems, workflows, and best practices
