About the role
TL;DR
Manage complex shipments and coordinate logistics for high-end goods.
- •As a Senior Freight Coordinator at Convelio, you'll manage complex shipments, coordinating export and import shipments from the UK across different freight methods.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate export and import shipments from the UK within budget and on time.
- •Prepare all required documentation for smooth customs clearance.
- •Manage export customs declarations and provide customer service support.
- •Troubleshoot and remove roadblocks, suggesting process improvements.
- •Collaborate closely with Customer Care and Warehouse teams.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in courier and air cargo shipments.
- •Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- •Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a shifting environment.
- •Great attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- •Experience in art shipping or within the startup ecosystem is a plus.
