About the role
TL;DR
Customer Success Training Specialist to drive customer adoption and outcomes.
- •As a Customer Success: Training Specialist (German Speaking), you will act as a strategic enablement partner to Account Managers, designing and delivering targeted training engagements to drive customer outcomes and embed Cognism into daily operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with Account Managers to understand customer goals and translate them into training interventions.
- •Lead outcome-driven sessions for customers to build internal advocacy and sustained adoption.
- •Connect Cognism functionality directly to customer workflows, use cases, and commercial objectives.
- •Develop and improve repeatable training materials, recorded sessions, and digital resources.
- •Surface adoption blockers and feedback to Product, Sales, and Revenue teams.
- •Requirements Minimum 2 years in onboarding, training, enablement, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
- •Strong understanding of how behavioral change and education drive retention and expansion.
- •Confident and credible presenter who can influence stakeholders at all levels.
- •Ability to diagnose training needs quickly and manage multiple engagements.
- •Comfortable operating in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
