- •Controller to support mid-tier businesses.
- •This role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and collaborating with internal consulting teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Monitor and perform day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- •Prepare journal entries and conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, sales tax, payroll taxes, and 401(k).
- •Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting documents.
- •Manage and reconcile credit cards.
- •Work in conjunction with in-house Consulting Controllers and CFOs.
- •Requirements Prior hands-on accounting experience.
- •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- •Knowledge of various accounting software; QuickBooks online is a plus.
- •Ability to handle multiple projects with strict deadlines.
