- •ClickHouse is seeking a Certification Manager to own and expand its certification program.
- •This role involves developing performance-based exams, building a community around certified professionals, and tracking program metrics.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop performance-based, hands-on ClickHouse certification exams.
- •Work with SMEs to create job task analyses for exams.
- •Grade and maintain all certification exams, including writing grading scripts.
- •Establish a community presence for ClickHouse certified professionals.
- •Track and report on the metrics and KPIs of the certification program.
- •Requirements Proven experience developing certification exams for a highly technical audience.
- •Experience with SQL.
- •Technical breadth and depth in relevant subjects such as DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS platforms, distributed systems, and big data.
- •High level of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.
- •Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
