- •Ruby Labs is seeking a highly systematic Head of Product to lead the launch and growth of a new D2C subscription product in the consumer privacy and security space.
- •You will be fully responsible for taking the product from zero to one, including market research, MVP definition, execution, acquisition funnel, and end-to-end product experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Own deep market, competitor, and audience research to define product positioning, offer, and pricing.
- •Manage the MVP end-to-end, including scope, build plan, quality bar, and go-live readiness.
- •Build a high-converting acquisition funnel and own the end-to-end user journey and its quality standards.
- •Conduct continuous discovery with target users and make data-driven decisions using product and financial analytics.
- •Drive monetization and retention growth post-launch through experiments and engagement loops.
- •Requirements 5+ years in product management for D2C subscription products, with 2+ years in a senior or lead PM role.
- •Proven track record launching a consumer subscription product from zero to live with measurable post-launch results.
- •Strong technical fluency to hold substantive discussions with engineers and choose stable solutions.
- •Proficiency with product and financial analytics tools and data.
- •Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, feature flags, and rollout strategies.
