- •Translate client needs into clear technical requirements and coordinate with product and engineering to deliver solutions.
- •Monitor key success metrics across your book of accounts and provide strategic recommendations to continuously improve results.
- •Requirements Experience working at a fast-growth startup with a track record of delivering measurable wins for customers.
- •Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation tools, data workflows, and integrations.
- •Proven ability to onboard and coach customers toward platform adoption and ROI optimization.
- •Ability to translate client needs into technical requirements and coordinate effectively with engineering and product teams.
