- •Director, Site Development to lead AI Data Center sites in Texas from entitlement through construction and commissioning.
- •This role owns the full site lifecycle, managing regional teams and external partners.
- •Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day execution of assigned AI data center sites from entitlement through commissioning.
- •Directly manage the region's Site Readiness function, including surveys and permitting strategy.
- •Lead site-level relationships with local jurisdictions, utilities, and landowners.
- •Serve as the owner's primary day-to-day point of contact with the design-build contractor.
- •Manage site-level schedule, budget, and risk.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in site development, land development, or construction management for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- •Experience carrying projects from entitlement through construction completion.
- •Experience working with design-build or EPC contractors.
- •Strong understanding of permitting, utility interconnection, and land use processes.
- •Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and lead cross-functional teams.
