- •CleanSpark is seeking a Senior Director, Site Development to lead AI Data Center sites in the Southeast from entitlement through construction and commissioning.
- •This role oversees the entire site lifecycle, managing regional teams and external partners.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day execution of AI data center sites from entitlement through commissioning.
- •Directly manage the region's Site Readiness function.
- •Lead site-level relationships with local jurisdictions, utilities, and landowners.
- •Manage site-level schedule, budget, and risk.
- •Build, lead, and develop the region's site team.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in site development, land development, or construction management.
- •Experience carrying projects from entitlement through construction completion.
- •Strong understanding of permitting, utility interconnection, and land use processes.
- •Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- •Strong communication skills, comfortable representing the company with external stakeholders.
