About the role
TL;DR
Prepares proposal responses and budgets for business development opportunities.
- •The Senior Proposal Specialist will assist the BD team on the preparation of proposal responses associated with high priority, high complexity business development opportunities.
- •This role involves working independently with subject matter experts to create customized, comprehensive responses and budgets.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop proposal content in line with RFP/RFI requirements.
- •Generate and refine costings for proposals, including vendor and site partner budgets.
- •Support Statement of Work (SOW) development and manage budget reviews.
- •Attend and facilitate internal bid/no bid and strategy meetings.
- •Provide support to BD Managers with presentations and client meetings.
- •Requirements 1-3 years of related experience (4-6 years preferred).
- •Post-secondary certificate/diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- •Fluent in English (Verbal and Written).
- •Experience with budget development within a CRO, clinical trials, or similar regulated environment is highly desirable.
