About the role

TL;DR

Lead community engagement and build local relationships to strengthen CoreWeave's social license.

  • The CoreWeave Legal and Government Affairs (LGA) team is highly collaborative and partners closely with teams across the company to navigate complex policy, regulatory, and business environments while enabling innovation and growth.
  • As Senior Community Affairs & Partnerships Manager, you will lead community engagement across assigned markets and strengthen CoreWeave's social license to operate.
  • Key Responsibilities Own and lead cross-functional community engagement strategies across assigned markets.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with elected officials, community leaders, and other local stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute market-specific engagement plans.
  • Lead the development and negotiation of community benefit agreements.
  • Identify, recommend, and oversee local partnerships and community investments.
  • Requirements Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs, Political Science, Urban Planning, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in community affairs, stakeholder engagement, or public affairs.
  • Experience supporting data centers, energy, or other large-scale critical-infrastructure development.
  • Demonstrated experience independently leading complex, multi-market stakeholder strategies.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and manage priorities across multiple markets.
