- •ClassDojo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their newly formed Developer Experience Engineering team.
- •This role will focus on building tools, workflows, and AI-powered experiences to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of engineers across the company.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and build internal platforms and tooling to improve the software development lifecycle.
- •Develop AI-powered workflows to assist engineers in writing, reviewing, testing, and shipping software.
- •Partner with product engineering, infrastructure, and technical leaders to identify and solve pain points.
- •Create reusable tools and automation to establish preferred engineering workflows.
- •Requirements Extensive experience (7-10+ years) building production software.
- •Strong product thinking and ability to treat engineers as customers.
- •Experience in building internal developer platforms or engineering productivity initiatives.
- •Comfort with ambiguity and building new platform teams.
