- •As Revenue Growth Lead (Maternity Cover), you will have genuine ownership over commercially significant work, shaping pricing, member growth, and the use of data, experimentation, and AI to build a smarter commercial operation.
- •This is a 9-month fixed-term contract role with real autonomy.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead commercial programmes end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to driving cross-functional delivery.
- •Own member engagement and growth strategy, developing commercial rationale and leading initiatives.
- •Drive subscription performance by analysing member lifecycle and leading programmes to improve efficiency.
- •Shape pricing strategy by building tracking, benchmarking, and alerting systems.
- •Build the case for intelligent operations by identifying where AI and automation can provide commercial leverage.
- •Requirements Autonomous problem solver with strong commercial and marketplace instinct.
- •Strong analytical foundation, fluent in SQL and advanced spreadsheets.
- •Persuasive communicator who can build cases and get stakeholders bought in.
- •Relevant experience in strategy, operations, or growth roles, ideally in a fast-paced consumer, marketplace, or digital platform business.
