- •As our Operations Manager (Trade), you'll drive strategy and enablement across analytics, operational excellence, and cross-functional delivery.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and own the performance reporting framework across Retention, Credit Control, and Trade Support.
- •Map end-to-end workflows, identify friction points, and design scalable improvements.
- •Act as the connective tissue between the Head of Operations and the teams on the ground.
- •Coordinate cross-functionally with Trade Lifecycle, Finance, Product, CRM, and Engineering.
- •Own the cadence of reviews, check-ins, and reporting cycles that keep the function on track.
- •Identify gaps in reporting tooling and work with Engineering and CRM to close them.
- •Requirements A breadth of experience in a strategy, operations, or analytical role.
- •Strong SQL or equivalent data skills.
- •Commercial fluency with MRR, churn, bad debt, and cash collection.
- •Experience working across operational teams.
- •Experience with BPO or vendor management.
- •Proficiency with BI tooling (e.g.
- •Confidence with use of AI tools
- •specifically Anthropic API.
