About the role
TL;DR
Lead trade growth strategy, redesigning the entire customer journey and building a revenue engine.
- •As our Director of Trade Growth, you'll own the strategy that takes trades from first touch to loyal paying customers.
- •You'll redesign our entire growth funnel, bringing together Product, Marketing, Sales, Data and CRM to build a revenue engine that scales.
- •Key Responsibilities Redesigning our entire growth engine from acquisition through activation, conversion, retention and expansion.
- •Turning free users into loyal paying customers by understanding and removing friction.
- •Building a culture obsessed with experimentation across onboarding, pricing, lifecycle, CRM, and in-product experiences.
- •Partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, Data and Customer teams to unlock growth.
- •Using AI and automation to create leverage and drive growth.
- •Requirements Experience leading growth across SaaS, marketplaces, PLG or SMB businesses.
- •Deep understanding of growth funnels and commercial metrics.
- •A product mindset and strong experimentation instincts.
- •Confidence working with AI, automation and modern growth tooling.
- •Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
