About the role
TL;DR
Manage and scale AI-enabled cardiovascular care programs, translating protocols into workflows and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- •Chamber Cardio is rebuilding the system for cardiology, partnering with independent cardiologists to improve patient care through technology and operational tools.
- •This role will execute and scale AI-enabled cardiovascular care programs.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end execution of care programs from workflow documentation to go-live tracking to post-launch iteration.
- •Coordinate across Clinical, Product, Engineering, and Care Delivery Operations to keep programs on track.
- •Translate clinical protocols and product capabilities into operational workflows.
- •Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate AI tools into care workflows.
- •Requirements 4-8 years of experience in healthcare operations, program management, or an adjacent field.
- •Demonstrated ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
- •Strong process documentation skills.
- •Experience working with care management platforms, AI-enabled tools, or operational technology in healthcare.
- •Analytical and data-driven.
