- •Celonis is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to build and accelerate demand within the Consumer & Life Sciences industries.
- •This role acts as the 'CMO' of their industry, driving end-to-end marketing strategies to attract, educate, engage, and convert the target audience.
- •Key Responsibilities Build the yearly industry demand generation plan in collaboration with sales leaders.
- •Design and execute strategic marketing campaigns across a broad mix of tactics to achieve pipeline goals.
- •Own event strategy from creation to execution for key industry events and roundtables.
- •Scale demand creation with partners, leveraging their expertise to increase awareness and create pipeline.
- •Lead demand generation reporting using marketing analytics to drive corrective action and achieve targets.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation or Field Marketing.
- •Proven track record of working with sales, partner, and customer success teams to execute campaigns that drive pipeline.
- •Experience marketing to the Consumer or Life Sciences industries is preferred.
- •Knowledge of modern marketing best practices including persona-centric demand generation and marketing automation.
- •Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines.
