- •Celonis is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation & Process Optimisation Consultant (Senior Value Engineer) to join their Scale Team.
- •This role involves driving value and customer success across a portfolio of accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and partners.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive value, adoption, and sponsorship across a portfolio of customers and partners.
- •Establish Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and coach customers for self-sufficiency.
- •Manage 1:N programs and scalable motions for customer communities.
- •Build stakeholder trust and drive success through scaled interactions.
- •Utilize AI-driven tools to monitor portfolio health and proactively surface risks.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of experience in programmatic execution and customer journeys.
- •Broad industry and domain expertise with a proven ability to identify improvement opportunities.
- •High AI fluency, leveraging copilots and intelligent agents.
- •Strong stakeholder management skills, building trust with technical users and C-level executives.
- •Native-level German proficiency is required.
