Responsible for IT procurement, logistics, and stock activities.

- •and we need creative minds to help us shape the future! Key Responsibilities Lead the IT hardware procurement process with precision, meticulously gathering and executing on requirements to drive optimal outcomes.
- •Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and secure favourable terms of business as well as manage existing relationships.
- •Oversee stock levels vigilantly, ensuring everything is accounted for.
- •Orchestrate seamless logistics from start to finish, encompassing shipping, tracking, and delivery logistics
- •Internationally & UK.
- •Maintain meticulous records of IT assets, encompassing hardware, software licenses, and peripherals, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- •Foster close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, end-users, and management, to ensure alignment and success in meeting organisational objectives.
- •Process Jira tickets and handle related administrative tasks, including export queries.
- •Requirements Experience in processing quotes, invoices, stock adjustments in a retail, wholesale or logistics based environment.
- •Comfortable with logistics, delivery, boxing elements as well as the administrative tasks (stock management, using computer systems).
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- •Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of building relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- •Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
