Manage and support transport partners, ensuring excellent service delivery for customers.
- •As a Transport Partner Operations Executive, you will be the vital link between AnyVan and our transport partners, ensuring a high-performing network that delivers exceptional customer service.
- •Key Responsibilities Source and recruit new transport partners in the French market.
- •Provide training, support, and act as the primary point of contact for transport partners.
- •Assign jobs, negotiate rates, and manage quotes to secure the best deals.
- •Address compliance and service quality issues to maintain high standards.
- •Support customers on the day of service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure deadlines are met.
- •Requirements Proven track record in a fast-paced customer service or telesales role.
- •Strong communication and rapport-building skills, especially over the phone.
- •Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- •Fluent in French and English.
- •Based in Cape Town, working flexible shift patterns including weekends.
